HOW TO

RULES

SAMPLE USE OF YOUR TIME -

10 minutes - warm-up at free walk, loose rein

10 minutes — warm-up at rising trot, large figures

5 minutes - canter / trot transitions, large figures

5 minutes - breather - loose rein walk, tighten girth

10 minutes - different exercises, the "training portion of the ride"

10 minutes - warm-down: deep & low at rising trot and finally loose rein walk

(warm-ups & downs can be done as a hack)
